Pre-Test • Why do employers give pre-tests? • To see if the information on your resume is true • To get a prediction of job performance • To show the government they are hiring people during tough economic times • What types of pre-tests are given? • Business Content Tests • Genetic Tests • Intelligence/Personality Tests • What is one good tip for taking written tests? • Bring 2 sharpened #2 pencils • Read directions carefully • Bring your ID
