  4. MVP as monitoring tool for all administrative levels! Plans Assignments Installation of high performance windows in public buildings. Thermal insulation of external walls and roofs in public buildings. Installation of solar collectors in households. Replacement of magnetic ballasts with electronic ballasts in public lighting. Modernization of boiler rooms in educational buildings. Installation of geothermal heat pumps in existing buildings… SEAP target – CO2 emission reduction! NEEAP target – energy savings! SEAP Implemented projects Registration Targets: ΔCO2 or ΔE?
