METODOLOGÍA DE TRABAJO A SEGUIR El proyecto de implementación del Sistema tiene una duración de 24 semanas GLOBALES, las cuáles se dividen en 6 etapas: 1 CAPACITACIÓN TECNICA GENERAL 2 INDICADORES DE DESEMPEÑO FORMACION Y CAPACITACION EN ISO-9001:2008 3 DESARROLLO Y ACTUALIZACION DE DOCUMENTACIÓN Y REGISTROS 4 5 IMPLEMENTACIÓN Y VALIDACIÓN OPERATIVA 6 MEDICIÓN POR AUDITORIAS
