Project Status – October 2013 – January 2014 Release #1 Inventory, U-Permit & CHAMPS Integration • Moved from DEVL to SYST phase • Finalized all data issues • Developing training guide • Performed a pre-production stress test 1/29/2014 • Compiling testing results; management to make a go-live decision Release #2 OPAL Application • OPAL tool is being developed • Testing when new CHAMPS.exe moves to production.

  4. Final Product: Will. . . Improve overall quality of Access Management data; Bring all data under one umbrella application; and, Integrate various databases/spreadsheets: GIS Access Inventory UPermits OPAL CHAMPS . . . to 1 version of the Truth!
