Knox, KY • “9:00 a.m. Shotgun Start” “Tournament Sign-In 7:30 – 8:40 a.m.” FORMAT: 4-Person Scramble* – “Captain’s Choice” Registration / Entry Deadline: May 1, 2014 (Limited to the first 144 golfers – 36 teams) The Gold Vault Chapter, Adjutant General’s Corps Regimental Association, invites you to participate in its: *NOTE: 4-Person Team Handicap Restrictions: No more than 1 “A” and 1 “B” Ranked Players or 2 “B” Ranked Players per Team and a minimum TOTAL Team handicap of 50 (if competing for prizes). Individual players will be placed in 4-some based on handicap. RANKHANDICAPRANKHANDICAP HANDICAP FLIGHTING: A 10 or less C 19 - 25 B 11 – 18 D 26 or higher ENTRY FEE:$85 per person ($340 per Team). Includes: green fees, required cart, continental breakfast, lunch, gift bag, prizes, and more! (NOTE: Members of Lindsey Golf Course: $10 less.) PRIZES AWARDED FOR: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 18th Place Teams; Men’s and Women’s Longest Drive; $10,000 “Hole-in-One” Hole; Men’s and Women’s Closest to the Pin; and Door Prizes REGISTRATION: Complete attached form and return it with payment to one of the following POCs:
