  1. Amanda Kay Okerlund Born January 12, 1986

  2. Amanda was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Shonda and Mitchell Okerlund. She came into this world already blessed with an older sister, Sheena.

  3. Amanda grew up in Cottonwood Heights, UT until the third grade when her dad met the love of his life, Lorri, and they married. The family moved to a cute little town called Stansbury Park where Amanda continued school through high school.

  4. Just a Small Town Girl • Attended Grantsville High School • Grantsville had no stop lights • One grocery store • Everyone knew everyone • Bonfires and camp-outs was our fun • Curfew didn’t exist It was a small town but it was home!

  5. My daughter, Saige, was born September 1, 2003. Having a daughter was the biggest blessing in my life.

  8. While attending beauty school, I met some of my best friends.As the years pass, we continue to stay friends .

  9. I met the love of my life, Caleb, the summer of 2009. This is where our story begins!

  10. Summer Lovin had me a Blast… Dinner dates……. And days at the park

  11. Our son, Kyler, was born Auguest 11, 2010. The other biggest blessing in my life, a son. I am so greatful I have the opportunity to stay home with him every day and be a mom.

Life as we know it…Today • Amanda graduated Cosmetology School in 2009 • She has worked for one of the leading hair salons in the Salt Lake valley • She competed in Salon Wars 2009 and took second place with her salon • She currently is self-employed as a licensed Cosmetologist • She’s a full-time mom • She’s going to school full-time pursuing a her Degree in Nursing • She’s so blessed to have her best friend and the love of her life by her side and supporting her through this exciting journey
