Just Imagine… • Given the overall high performance of the Grady Cluster , • What if everyone in the cluster pulled together to synergize around a collective issue? • What if the effective practices within one school or one classroom were identified, understood, and replicated across the cluster? • What might the future of our cluster look like?

  7. Computer Adaptive Assessment System(CAAS) Tests students from grades K-9 in September and January. K-2 also tests in May for an end of the year assessment. Subjects: Math and Reading. Test adapts to students ability on a continuous scale.

How Can We Address the Gap? • Support strategic staffing of K – 2 teachers. • Support the strategic staffing of grade 6 teachers. • Support the ways in which schools leverage the RTI pyramid to meet individual student needs. • Support the ways in which schools leverage Title I funds, designed specifically to address the SES disparities. • Design community approach to convergence of neighborhoods into Inman. • Leverage your power to rally district-level support to address the gap.
