  3. Site Ranking 4 ½ Stars – I gave my site a grade of 4 ½ stars because I feel that our staff has great chemistry and the work environment is open & fun. I was given the chance to explore other endeavors outside of football operations (such as recruiting) which will be beneficial to my career in the future. I truly feel that I was able to learn from my supervisor and the day to day tasks I was assigned played to my strengths & maximized my potential as well.

  12. Project Description • With my project I created a recruiting manual. I approached this manual as if I were the director of recruiting for the football program at Texas A&M University. In the manual I outline compliance rules, our recruiting philosophy, recruiting schedules, team needs, and goals for moving forward in today's changing collegiate sports environment. • EX: Recruiting certain areas and states more heavily (Arizona & Houston)
