Presented papers and full papers of abstracts will be reviewed for Forum Proceedings. Abstracts will be published in Conference Proceedings; completed papers that are presented at the conference and submitted to the “Conference Editorial Committee” within 30 days following the Conference will be considered for publication in a Journal to be edited by the Conference.
