  3. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in either a warning or a penalty for the corresponding side.

The time limits for each section of the trial for each side, both prosecutors and defendants are as follows: • The trial will last 1 hour and 30 minutes. • Each team will present an opening statement for 4 minutes. • The attorney of a team may ask questions to all 6 witnesses. The witnesses are required to answer the question for AT MOST 13minutes. • After the questionings are finished, teams will be allowed 5minutes to regroup. • Then, each team will present a closing argument for 7minutes. • The honorary bench of magistrates will deliberate for 15minutes. • Verdict (4 minutes).   5. Tape recordings, photographing, or videotaping of the trial is not permitted. All participants are expected to display collegial sportsmanlike conduct. Leading questions may only be used cross-examination. Witnesses are not permitted to use notes in testifying during the trial. All witnesses (three for each side) must take the stand, in whatever order or sequence determined by the party calling them. Validity of objections is to be determined by the judge panel. Witnesses' answers must respond to the questions. Questions and answers must be relevant to the subject. Spectators may use their books during the trail, but may not help witnesses when called.
