Topic One-Purpose of the BoR Administration Portlet • The Administration Portlet’s Function The Board of Review Administration portlet allows administrators to add processes (option items) to the Type of Contract Issues, BoR Level, and Board Outcome pull-down menus on the Create Report Window (Graphic 2.1.1.1). Topic One-Purpose of the BoR Administration Portlet • Sorting the Entries on the BoR Administration Portlet The processes on a particular table in the BoR Administration Portlet can be sorted according to the columns. To sort the entries according to the Description heading, clickDescription, which is the option that will appear on that menu. To sort the entries according to the Enabled? heading, clickEnabled?, which denotes whether that option is available on the drop-down menu. To sort the entries according to the Sort Order heading, click Sort Order, which denotes the order of appearance for the item on the dropdown list on its pull-down menu.
