  2. Pregnancy and PSC - background • Around 50 % of female PSC patients are in childbearing age • Limited data on the outcome of pregnancy in PSC and on the course of disease in pregnant patients (< 20 pregnancies described)

  3. Pregnancy and PSC – multicenter study • 17 patients with 25 pregnancies • 50 % of pregnancies with rise in liver enzymes during or after pregnancy • No serious maternal or fetal complication observed

  4. Proposal for study group • International pregnancy registry • Based in Oslo (Hamburg) • Include existing data and collect prospectively
