An Introduction to HIF • Webpage: www.huali-it-forum.com • established on August 28,1999 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. • a non profit organization (ein gemeinnützigerVerein). • more than 280 members. • sponsored by the Huali Venture Capital Management (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. • seminars every month or every two months. • 3 or 4 presentations at 4-hour seminars and a complete topic at 2-day seminars

An Introduction to HIF • In total 39 seminars be hold • More than 100 presentations and topics • Mainly in IT area, also covers various areas, such as finance, medicine, automobiles, China related, etc. • Between 30 and 80 attendants at each seminar. • Attendants mainly from Germany, also from countries of France, Holland, China, Austria, etc.

  4. Joint efforts with GCI • Continue with seminars • Delegations to China (Beijing, Fujian, Liaoning, Guangzhou, …, etc.) • Delegation to the 2004 annual conference of WRSA (Western Returned Scholars Association) in Paris • Service Delegation of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games • On-going projects • Technical team for web page development and maintenance
