Group Booking Process • Agent send in a request thru E-mails Sales, group or info @pakininternational.com • Pakin to reply with in 24 Hrs. • Once received the fare agent have to confirm with in 48 hrs. • 25 % Deposit to be made with in 24 hrs. after confirmation in order to block the seats. • Full payment to be made 30 days prior to departure.

Conditions · Cancellation outside 30 days of departure will be permitted at a cancelation fee  as applicable for the currency or 25 percent of the total amount whichever is higher· Cancellation within 30 days till 16th day will result in 75 percent of the total amount being forfeited· Cancellation within 15  will result in 100% of the Basic fare + Surcharges

  28. Conditions • Changes in travel date will be permitted with a notification of 15 days prior to the date of departure with a change fee as applicable plus the applicable differential fare for the new travel date.
