Re-emerging infectious disease Were once major health problems globally or in particular country, then dramatically declined, but are again becoming health problems for a significant number of the population
Examples: Disease Contributing Factors Tuberculosis Antibiotic resistant pathogens; immunocompromised populations Malaria Drug resistance and fear of vaccination; favorable conditions for mosquito vector
