Purpose of Consolidation • Align all curriculum projects • Streamline processes (requisitions, activity approvals, reports) • Promotes collaboration and resource sharing • Greater flexibility with personnel • Maximizes impact of funds
5 proposed projects • Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment (Standards and Assessment, SLIP, STEM) Project Leads: Sylvia Calvo, Michelle Camacho, Bobbie Quinata • Educational Interventions and Research Proven Strategies (DI, SFA, JH, etc.) “Center for Research Proven Strategies” Projects Leads: Leon Bamba, Odi Pritchard, Ann Marie Cruz, Sean Monforte 3. 5 proposed projects • Resources for Extended Learning and Instructional Support(RELIS). (DI and SFA after school tutoring, Esquelan Puengi and Summer School) NOTE: This program is NOT replacing DEED. This includes an after school program that is somewhat an extension of the DI and SFA tutoring programs.
