MIP – Politecnico di Milano Il MIP è un consorziotrailPolitecnicodi Milano, istituzioniitaliane e alcunitraimaggiorigruppiindustrialipubblici e privatichecontribuiscono alla definizione delle linee di sviluppo della Scuola in termini sia di nuovi contenuti sia di nuove iniziative didattiche. Questa reciprocacollaborazione ha permesso al MIP di rimanere in costantecontatto con le necessità legate al business, al training e all’innovazioneaziendale. La Business School è accreditataEquis da EFMD (European Quality Improvement System) ed è presentenei ranking del Financial Times.
  3. I PROGRAMMI OPEN MIP: Il MIP è costituito da 4 Business Units, cheriflettono le offertestudiatesullespecificheesigenze del cliente finale. Questevannodagli Open Programs (per profili junior eexecutives) ai Corporate Programs. Tragli Open Programs destinati a profili junior, il MIP offrepercorsiformativiprincipalmentedivisitracorsi MBA (Full Time & Part Time) e Master Specialistici. MBA L’MBA è dedicato a giovani ad alto potenzialechedesideranoacquisireunavisionecompleta del sistemaimpresaattraversoun’esperienzaformativa in general management. Un MBA è infatti, al termine del suopercorso di studi, un giovane manager con conoscenzeampliate da diversicorsi come marketing, strategy, leadership, entrepreneurship, operations, e human resources. Master Specialistici I Master Specialistici full time sono dedicati a neolaureati e a professionisti junior, che vogliono acquisire competenze manageriali e tecniche afferenti all’area della specializzazione scelta, oltre che trasversali. A completare il curriculum, l’esperienza altamente internazionale, maturata durante i percorsi di specializzazione nelle Business School estere nostre partner.

  6. Cos’è un Project Work per le classi MBA Il Project Work è un progetto formativo (stage curriculare), sponsorizzato dall’azienda ospitante, posto a conclusione del percorso d'aula. L’obiettivo del Project Work è di dare agli studenti la possibilità di mettere in pratica le nozioni acquisite durante il Master in una situazione reale all’interno di un vero e proprio progetto aziendale. Durante questo percorso, ogni Studente verrà ospitato in azienda per lavorare su un progetto in un’area di specifico interesse aziendale e sarà supervisionato da un Tutor Aziendale. Il contenuto del Project Work è definito dall’azienda che ospiterà lo stagista e approvato dal Comitato Scientifico del Master. La facultydel Master garantisce inoltre che il progetto produca risultati tangibili, rispondendo a standard qualitativi di elevato livello professionale che poi le aziende possono utilizzare nel migliore dei modi. Per questo viene assegnato a ciascuno studente un MIP tutor: un professore afferente l’area dello stage che lo seguirà durante tutto il progetto e lo valuterà in sede d’esame finale. A testimonianza di ciò, le aziende che hanno partecipato a tale attività nel passato hanno trovato nel Project Work un valido strumento per testare i nostri talenti direttamente sul campo anche in un’eventuale prospettiva di placement.
