  1. Screen Name: IFDA Screen Use: The IFDA screen is used to view the pending payment file for a provider. IFDA Screen Description: Outstanding Document Index Scenario: As support staff person, you receive a call from a provider requesting information about a payment they have not received.

  2. This section of the IIS screens training will teach you how to access the IFDA screen to view pending payments for a provider.

  3. IFDA,PAY=R12345 Open a blank DHR screen, Type IFDA,pay=provider number then press Enter.

  4. R12345 ABC901234 Shelter Care Reel, Fishing The Outstanding Document Index Display screen appears. The screen lists all payments sitting on the pending database.

  5. If a provider was issued a check and did not receive it or you have questions on Direct Deposit of their funds, call the Agency-Wide Payable Unit at (503) 945-5710.

  6. Click the ‘X’ to close and return to the Main Menu When you have completed viewing the IFDA screen, press the Pause Break key. A blank DHR screen will appear so that you can complete work for other screens.
