  2. THE CONCEPT: IC-CAP & ADS & Verilog-A Verilog-A model was modified since last simulation IC-CAP Verilog-A ASCII ADS Tiburon Tiburon-DA compiler Verilog-A model was not modified since last simulation compiled Verilog-A cache

  3. define Hicum_L2_2_ADS_VerilogA (C B E S ) ; specify the location of your verilog-A ASCII file ; for recompilation (when you had applied some modifications), ;open the Simulation Debugger (in order to force a non-piped new ADS session)!! #load "veriloga", "C:\tmp\hicumL2V2p2.va" C:Cparasdemo C E C=1E-18 ; NOTE: ADS netlists are case sensitive, and the master is the Verilog-A script! ; NOTE: sequence of hicum nodes in the Verilog-A script: C B E S MAIN:Q1 C B E S model MAIN hic2_full \ c10 = 2E-30 \ qp0 = 2E-14 \ ich = 1E9 end Hicum_L2_2_ADS_VerilogA THE REALIZATION USING IC-CAP Calling ADS (and the Verilog-A file)from IC-CAP
