I don't belong here.” Claim: Evidence: • Summary • Direct Quote • In the the text “Creep” the speaker experiences feelings of sadness and lonlieness because he is in love with someone who does not love him. He talks admiringly about a women who he says is “…running out the door She's running.” Showing the reader that she is not returning his affection. In stanza 2 the speaker states “But I'm a creep I'm a weirdo, What the hell am I doing here? I don't belong here.” The evidence illustrates that the speaker is self consciouss and is feeling alienated and even as if it is him who is out of place. The readers can infer that the loss of love has made him feel isolated. Analysis
