Must / mustn’t • We use ‘must’ or ‘mustn’t’ to tell people what they have to / don’t do. • We sometimes use ‘must’ or ‘mustn’t’ in school rules. • e.g. You must keep quiet in the library • You have to keep quiet in the library. • e.g. You mustn’t eat or drink in the library. • You cannot eat or drink in the library.
