The Small & Under-Resourced School Division (SURSD) provides assistance to historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs), Hispanic-serving institutions (HSIs), and tribally controlled colleges to enhance their administrative capabilities. SURSD expands opportunities for these institutions to participate in federal programs and offers specialized training, technical assistance, and management consultations.
