She Loves to Spend Little Time Working on Her Personal Memoir • According to News 12, Stacey Ribotsky loves to spend the little time she gets for herself working on her personal memoir, which she plans on publishing anytime soon. • A mother to three, she used to be an active fundraising volunteer for organizations like Children’s Medical Fund of New York, The Onyx and Breezy Foundation, and the Sunrise Day Camp. • Other than her involvement in charitable endeavors, it is her passion for art and music that keeps her occupied.
