The site is rich with possibilities but the obvious may not be the best approach. It is appropriate to replace one industrial use with another in the same location or premises? Are the buildings suitable for commercial use in the 21st C? If not what other uses can they be utilised for? Is there a demand for small scale ‘incubator / nursery space? BRNO has many students, could this be a new home for some of them? What will happen to the riverside – don’t turn your back on it a waterside location adds great value to any development
