What Is Needed To Do This? -These items included into the State Content Standards as the Standards are rewritten -Teachers involved in reworking the State Content Standards committed to adding noxious weeds -Working with OPI and the various weed groups to do this correctly -Assurances that we are not adding undue burden to teachers: 1) not “forcing” specific curriculum (academic freedom!), and 2) providing training and resources to teachers so they can easily meet these content standards.
