Northwoods ATP, Sawyer CountyForest Legacy conservation easement • 20,902 acre conservation and access easement in perpetuity • Open to all five nature based outdoor activities. • 20.6 miles of public access roads. • Road endowment of $515,000 created to insure roads are maintained in a base line condition. • Forested landscape with gentle rolling topography. • 11 interior lakes, 5.4 miles of Class I trout streams, additional 7.32 miles of Class II trout streams. • Conservation easement continues the tradition of a working forest ensuring continued contribution to the state’s economy.
