Project Basics • Contract • Sales price: $1,150,526 • Signed: 6/12/2012 • Guarantee began: April 2013 • Guarantee term: 15 years • Annual Guarantee: $90,146 • Tracked savings: $53,405 • Stipulated savings: $36,741 • Total 15 year project savings: $1,352,190 • Year 2 PASS Fee: $19,003 • Currently in year three

Original Scope of Work • Install building automation system (Struxureware) and lighting retrofits • Amazonia, Central Office, Early Childhood Development Center, High School, Helena, John Glenn, and Minnie Cline • Mechanical upgrades • High School(furnaces and DX systems) • Water system upgrades • High School, Middle School, John Glenn, Minnie Cline, and Central Office • Door and window replacements • Football field lighting modifications • Fire suppression installation

  4. Overall Savings Overview • Total Guaranteed Savings: $180,292 • Total Savings: $209,510

  5. Year 2 Savings Overview • Annual Guaranteed Savings: $90,146 • 4/1/2014-3/31/2015 Savings: $96,490

Year 3 Contract Option 1 – With Guaranteed savings • Measurement and Verification with Savings Reporting • Remote System Monitoring and Reporting • 24 Hours of Remote Support • 40 Hours of On-Site Support/Training • System Optimization • Would run from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016 • In year 2 (April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015), district used: • Onsite/training time: 41 hours • Remote support time: 55 hours

Year 3 ContractOption 2 -Maintenance • Measurement and Verification with Savings Reporting • Switch to just tracking with no guarantee • A lot less paperwork • Remote System Monitoring and Reporting • 50 Hours of Remote Support • 40 Hours of On-Site Support/Training • System Optimization This contract option gets rid of guaranteed savings and focuses on support. (Red text means that this service will be discontinued.)

Items Moving Forward • Minnie Cline Gas • Identified a possible gas leak at Minnie Cline ES • Minnie Cline – too cold areas • Some areas of Minnie Cline with older equipment need to be scheduled differently than rest of district • Continue teacher email program • Whenever a teacher has a temperature complaint, sends email to Schneider Electric

Teacher emails when uncomfortable • Been a very beneficial program • Helps find problems as soon as they occur • Allows maintenance staff to focus on other issues • Emails explain how heaters and air conditioners work • Tell them why we operate equipment so we get support from staff • Have a template in place
