  6. Financial impacts Distance learning might reduce costs because it allow for more students in the same class (Arkorful and Abaidoo, 2014). Comparison between York University and Open University show different view. (University of York, 2018; Open University, 2018)

  7. Recommadiatons University should not being fully online The University current financial situation is excellent and there is no need for risk. The University must take into account students’ outcome.
