3. Basic IT Skills We have many years experience working with the community and provide several structured IT courses aimed at all levels of users from beginner through to experienced users. Our structured courses include: This is a beginners course to enable users totally new to IT, to become comfortable with the online world. Basic IT Skills Microsoft Digital Literacy Curriculum We specifically chose to deliver this course as it’s a natural progression from the UK-Online course and further develops skills, introducing new elements such as digital Media using Microsoft office and computer security. Essential IT Skills Child Exploitation Online Protection The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre, is committed to preventing the sexual abuse of children in both the online and offline environments. As CEOP Ambassadors, we work alongside our colleagues in the criminal justice and child protection agencies in the UK and abroad to add value to existing services and provide greater support to professionals working in this area. Advanced IT Skills The IT Essentials: PC Hardware and Software curriculum provides an introduction to the computer hardware and software skills needed to help meet the growing demand for entry-level information and communication technology (ICT) professionals. 7. Recycled IT Equipment Donations Because of the unique way in which we deliver our IT training, we are able to offer reusable IT equipment to the public on a donation basis. Not only does this help members of the community obtain a computer system, but also prevents IT equipment from entering landfill and offers our students the opportunity to help others and gain valuable work experience that compliments their academic achievements.

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) • Plus: Upon successful completion of the course you can begin to test your companies appliances free for the 1st year and then for only £20.00 per year thereafter as we operate an equipment hire scheme that includes all labels. • We only deliver this course to small groups to ensure that all delivered content is fully understood and everyone on the course leaves with total confidence. • The course cost is £90.00pp and will pay for itself within the 1st year. How To Work & Stay Safe Online This 1 day course is split into 2 sections: ** Morning section – Working remotely: • How to remotely communicate using online tools to speak, send files and hold virtual meetings • How to save documents to the cloud free of charge • How to co-work on projects remotely ** The Afternoon section – Staying Safe Online • Full Training Via a qualified CEOP Ambassador on the online dangers to children and parents. • Staying safe using a wireless connection • Useful Websites Once you’ve completed this course you will gain a CEOP certificate. Note: all delegates must produce a valid CRB check on the day of the course for entry.

16. I.T. Service Level Agreements • Our Staff have many years experience of operating IT service level agreements and will cater for all of your IT needs on a contract basis. We offer services such as: • Data Services - We can perform secure Data destruction, 1st level recovery and backup solutions, both remote and local. • Networking - We can perform both wired and wireless connectivity to suite your needs. Maintenance • We can perform routine maintenance on your systems to ensure they remain fully operational, making sure they have the latest updates, device drivers, virus definitions as well as performing full component tests and system cleanup.

Consultancy • We have project managed many I.T. projects over the years and can offer advice, guidance & support from beginning to end. • We can perform a site visit and produce a detailed report based on sound recommendations, including sourcing suppliers. • Because of the unique way in which we operate and our long running track record, we are confident you will not be disappointed. • Our prices start at an amazing £125.00 for an initial site visit and consultation to produce a workable I.T. solution.

Waste Electrical and Electronics Equipment (WEEE) Disposal • We are fully licensed with the environmental agency to collect redundant I.T. equipment. • We are also part of the Microsoft Authorised Refurbish scheme (MAR) and have an I.T. donation programme in place • Because we are also a Cisco centre, all recycled equipment is used for training before being re-introduced into the community. • We also have a fully auditable route for all non-usable I.T. equipment that we have built up over the years. • Charges start at £5 per item!
