  2. Preliminary Evaluation Cycle (Fall)

  3. SEPTEMBER 2019

  4. OCTOBER 2019 Integral and Walk-through observations by team members, educator reflections, and feedback conferences continue through October.

  5. Integral and Walk-through observations by team members, educator reflections, and feedback conferences continue through November.​ NOVEMBER 2019

  6. DECEMBER 2019 Educator reflections must be submitted to the Evaluation Chair within seven (7) calendar days following the observation.

  7. JANUARY 2020

  8. Final Evaluation Cycle (Spring)

  9. JANUARY 2020

  10. FEBRUARY 2020 • Integral observations by team members. Seven (7) days after observation completion by first team member, the second team member may begin the process. Educator submits Reflections w/in 7 days of each observation by each team member.

  11. MARCH 2020 Educator submits reflections within seven (7) days of each observation. MARCH 2020
