4. Basic Situation of Bijie Experimental Area Bijie is a multi-ethnic inhabitant, with 45 ethnic groups distributed in the territory. It has splendid history and culture, with ancient human reproduction sites in south China, Guanyin Cave, and Kele Site, etc. It is rich in resources, with more than 30 kinds of mineral resources such as coal, phosphorus and iron, more than 2,800 kinds of animal and plant resources, and 19 titles of "Hometown of China” and “Natural Herbal Garden”, such as “Gastrodiaelata Hometown of China" and "Bamboo Fungus Hometown of China”, and has magical and beautiful scenery. Bijie is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Guizhou Province. It is located in the junction of the three provinces of Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou, and has jurisdiction over 7 counties and 3 districts with a total population of 9.28 million. Fully Advance the Construction of Communications Projects Fully combined with land use planning and urban control detailed planning, a special plan for the city's urban communications industry was developed, rationalizing the city's communications infrastructure construction order, and effectively promoting the scientific and rational distribution of the city's communications infrastructure. Signed contracts with basic telecom companies to guarantee compliance of all aspects of project implementation, and urge basic telecom companies to strengthen project whole-process management; strengthened the supervision and inspection of project construction, established and improved the supervision and accountability mechanism, held non-compliant sites accountable and urged them for rectification within stipulated time.
