Supply Chain • Entered into an agreement with a distribution firm (Zenith Impex (M) Sdn Bhd). • Currently Supplying to over 100 Mini Markets • Two Sub distributors Appointed for distribution in rural areas. • Supplying to chain of “Big Supermarket” • Delivery vehicles are being used for daily sales. • Currently in talks with Philippines buyer for a potential supply.

  16. Reselling/Marketing equipment • Marketing assistance will be provided to the resellers • Table stands and floor stands will be provided by the company. • We are looking for your opinion on reselling equipments.

Reseller’s Margin • Margin to resellers is offered as a percentage of RSP (Retail Selling price) • Margin will be ranging from 25% - 30% on the RSP. • Resellers will be invoiced on the RSP and will be allotted a margin of 25% - 30%, which will be deducted at the time of payment. • Payment terms are 30 – 45 days.
