  2. PDA FORM ADMINISTRATION The purpose of this document is to train PDA Analysts so that they can administer the PDA Form correctly and obtain valid and consistent results.

The PDA Assessment will allow us to know your natural behavioral tendencies and, thus, understand your strengths regarding our organization and obtain an objective view on how to lead you more effectively. It is important that you know that there are no good or bad, correct or incorrect answers. To complete the PDA Form, it is important that you are in a quiet place, that you are not distracted or interrupted. Take the time you need and answer in a natural, straightforward and honest manner. ADMINISTRATION ALTERNATIVES The PDA Assessment will allow us to describe and analyze your natural behavioral tendencies and, thus, understand your strengths regarding our organization and obtain an objective view on how to lead you more effectively. It is important to clarify that the PDA Assessment is not a test that a person passes or fails to pass, and that there are no good or bad, correct or incorrect answers. Although there is no time limit, completing the assessment takes about 15-20 minutes. Simply complete every page according to the instructions. Once you complete the assessment, please hand it in. Do you have any questions? If the answer is no, you may begin. Remember to stress the importance of being natural and straightforward when selecting “all the words that you or others use to describe you.” When sharing the instructions, do not tell the assessed individuals that you expect to have a minimum selection of 19 words. This could invalidate the results of the assessment.

GUIDELINES FOR THE FACILITATOR • If the assessed individuals ask questions about the meaning of the words on the PDA Form, suggest them to complete the assessment according to their understanding of that word. • It usually takes about 15-20 minutes to complete the PDA Form... when individuals take more than 50 minutes, Facilitators must ask them if they are experiencing any problem. • A minimum of 19 words must be selected on each list. However, this must not be told to individuals and you should not insist in them reaching said number of selected words.

  11. ENTRY OF PDA FORMS Once the Facilitator has the complete PDA Forms, he or she must access the PDA Platform and enter the information on the "Entry of PDA Form" section by choosing Option "C," "Manual Entry," to be able to generate the corresponding reports.
