Executive Committee 18 June 2019 Copenhagen

The North Sea Advisory Council (NSAC), partly funded by the European Union, held its Executive Committee Meeting on 18th June 2019 in Copenhagen. The agenda included adoption of the agenda, reports of the previous meeting, actions from the last meeting, updates from various working groups, chairman appointments, and discussions on the revision of the Common Fisheries Policy, Brexit, and the future of NSAC.

Report of the Previous Meeting Report of the Previous Meeting – For approval Actions from last meeting (8th February 2019): • Members provide comments and CFG to finalise advice on Control Regulation via written procedure • CFG to continue work on the control of fisheries in the EU, particularly looking at the control of the LO • NSAC to consider developing a WG on future revision of the CFP NSAC is supported by the European Union
