  2. What do you need in order to live ? • We need three things : • 1: water . • 2 : food . • 3 : air .

  3. How many kinds of food do we have ? There are different kinds of food : • 1 : vegetables . • 2 : fruit . • 3 : meat .

Food in Qura’an : قال تعالى” وَكُلوُا واْشْرَبوُا ولْا تُسّرفِواُ إنّ الله لايُحِبُ المُسّرفِيْنَ ” Food in Sun’nah : قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ”ما ملأ ابن آدم وعاء شر من بطنه , بحسب ابن آدم لقيمات يقمن صلبه فإن كان لا محاله فثلث لطعامه وثلث لشرابه وثلث لنفسه ” اخرجه احمد وصححه الالباني في صحيح جامع .
