  4. Portal Cloud based software used by Board members, Customers, and Property Managers to view statements, e-payments, set up e-billing, approve invoice processing.

Customer Member Features • ACH Payments allows for auto withdrawal/auto pay with banks • Access and download to statements • Receive electronic statements • View payment history and multiple property information • Update contact info • Newsletter view – portal for sharing with all community members (Board/Property/Customer)
