Member Access Member Access can be found on the RI home page, www.rotary.org.
Member Access Functions Using Member Access Rotarians can: • Contribute to The Rotary Foundation. • View personal contributions to The Rotary Foundation. • Manage e-mail subscriptions. • Register for meetings Foundation Chairs / Pres / Sect’y / Treas. can: • View CRS (Contribution Recognition Summary)
Registration Registration for Member Access is a three part process: • Enter a valid e-mail address and your contact information. • Validate the e-mail address by clicking on the hyperlink in the e-mail sent to you from Member Access. • Complete the online registration form and create your password. Registration usually takes 24 hours to process.
Login Screen Registration for new users. Login for returning users.
Registration: Step 1 • The first step is providing the following information: • Email address • Name • Address • Phone Number • Language • Rotary affiliation
Registration: Step 2 The second step is validating your email address. Click on the hyperlink in the e-mail sent to you by Member Access.
Registration: Step 3 The last step is creating your security profile (password and secret question) which are used to verify your identity and allow you to manage your account.
Click on the Change Password link to change your password. Changing Login Information Click on the My Profile link to change your login e-mail address or secret question and answer.
