Key points • Each practice will have access to OptoManager to record activity • OptoManager will automate: • Decision support – according to the pathway • Anonymisation of records for audit • Referral and discharge report • Monthly payment claim • Reports for Primary EyecareYorks and Humber and CCG • Patient satisfaction questionnaire • You will need: • Access to the internet • A browser e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox • OptoManager and OptoPay will also process the payments to practices
Roll out to practices • All practices will need to complete forms to record practice details, contractual details and bank details • Example… • You will receive an email from: support@optomanager.co.uk • We will issue contracts for signature to your nominated signatory by email • Once contracts are signed and details checked we will issue OptoManager details to practice contact

Payments and OptoPay • OptoManager generates a monthly payment claim for your practice and sends to Primary Eyecare Yorkshire and Humber • OptoManager also generates an aggregate invoice to Primary Eyecare Yorkshire and Humber • OptoManager also sends this information to OptoPay • The CCG pays Primary Eyecare Yorkshire and Humber • OptoPay then recognises payment, matches to Primary Eyecare Yorkshire and Humber invoice and then automatically pays practices directly using the bank details you have provided.
