  3. The Structure of Congress Congress was designed after the state legislature in Connecticut During the Constitutional Convention, it was called the Connecticut Plan, or The Great Compromise

The Connecticut Plan Bicameral Legislature 2 houses – house of reps. based on population and each state has equal number of reps. in the Senate
