    19. 19 AMMOS SELECTION PROCESS AMMOS Selection Process ACC runs process; sends message 3 times per year to all MAJCOMs for nominees 14-week course is conducted 3 times per year One-page letter of endorsement from Wing/CC (or equiv) Two-page data sheet on officer Grade O-3 with max 8 years commissioned service upon graduation Min 3 yrs operational experience as 21A/M SOS complete (any method) Deployment experience desired ACC/LGQT website has example packages Board held at Randolph AFB; board selects 11 AD and 1 ARC primary students
