Event Background • “Utsav 2011 ” is a song-based competition coined in lines with the most popular Televised program ‘American Idol’ and ‘Asianet Idea Star Singers’ for residents of labor camps across the UAE . Contest to be spread across 10 camps over a period of 6 months. The competition undergoes a series of stages which includes the following levels ‘Auditions’, ‘Quarter Final, ‘Grooming’ & Semi Finals’& the Mega Final. • Mechanics • Winners to be picked jointly by the panel of judges. • All levels will take place in respective camps there by ensuring maximum popularity & audience strength. • Grand Finals to be staged at a major labor camp area where minimum 4000 to 5000 people can accommodate. Event to be graced by popular playback singers from India.

  4. Audition, 17th November 2011 40+ contestants gave their audition from which 10 contestants were shortlisted for the quarter final stage

  5. Roll ups of sponsors displayed at the venue

  6. Magnus booth - Mobiles were sold at a discounted rate plus flyers were distributed.

  7. Powerex booth- Offer packs were sold at a discounted rate which received a huge response from the crowd.

  8. Max fairness booth- Interactive games were conducted and product sampling were done at the max fairness booth which received huge response from the crowd.

  9. ClikOn booth- Products were sold at special rates in clikOn booth

  11. Max fairness on stage lucky dip draw – 2 lucky winners were picked and awarded on stage with max fairness cream and branded t-shirt

  12. ClickOn on stage activity- torch demonstration and other interactive activity were conducted by clickon on stage
