Emergency Information FIRE FIRST AID • The Microsoft Wellbeing Centre is located on the ground floor of Building 4. • Details of First Aiders on site are posted at the Reception desk and in all kitchen areas. • If you suffer an accident or near miss whilst at TVP, please contact a member of the Reception team or the event organiser so that it can be recorded. Microsoft has a two-stage fire alarm system which will be activated when either a smoke detector or call point unit is activated. • The first stage announcement gives an alert to standby and prepare to evacuate if required. • The second stage is the full evacuation announcement. These voice messages will accompany an audible alarm;

FIRE Emergency Information On hearing the evacuation message, you should: • Leave the building as quickly and calmly as possible via the nearest fire exit. • Do not stop to collect personal belongings. • Proceed immediately to the nearest fire assembly point. • Follow any instructions given to you by the Reception team, Fire Marshals, or members of Security. • Only re-enter the building when told it is safe to do so

Emergency Information Bomb Threat at Microsoft Campus • If you find a Suspicious Object: • Do NOT touch or move it • Calmly clear the immediate area of people • Report it to a member of the CBC Team giving the exact location and description of the object • DO NOT USE YOUR RADIO OR MOBILE PHONE • In the event of the Crisis Management Team deciding there is a need to evacuate the building; this may be done using the Public Address system. • Should an alternative assembly area be necessary, you will be advised of this at the time.

  6. Emergency Information SMOKING • This is a no smoking building and smoking is only permitted outside the rear of the buildings and not at the front of any of our buildings.
