Using “Forms” in Google Docs • Allows you to: • Have students complete a form electronically • Puts information into a spreadsheet automatically • Saves paper • Submit form when it is convenient for your student • View the form information from anywhere that has internet access
Types of Questions • Google Docs allows you to use 7 different types of questions in your form: • Text • Paragraph Text • Multiple Choice • Check Boxes • Choose from a List • Scale • Grid
Other Features • Page Breaks • You can make your form multiple pages • You can send specific answers to different pages • Section Headings • You can make different sections of your form
