  13. African Brochure Instructions: • Cover of Brochure – 1. Must have the Name of your Travel Agency, 2. Fully Decorated (You are competing with other students. Make sure it jumps out and captures my attention.) 3. Must have your Name and Period on cover. • Inside Right – Must be about your tour guide (you, the student). What qualifies you to give a tour across Africa? You must use your real name. You should sell your self to the customer. Example. Best lineage of camels, best stock, best camping equipment…etc.

  14. Inside Brochure – There is a total of a 11 sets of notes from our PowerPoint presentation. You must combine the notes into 5 Tips Sections. For instance: you can pair the Desert section with the Camel section. Or perhaps you would want to combine the Desert section with the Well section. The choice is yours. But, no more than 5 sections. • You must have a Warning Section inside the brochure as well. Give examples of why this trip is dangerous and what troubles you may encounter. Be creative.

  15. Back Cover – This is where you advertise your company and the tour packages. You can have discount coupons. Different tour packages with different routes. The animals and plant life you may encounter. Customer surveys or recommendations. Be creative. • In General – No bullet points can be used on this project. Everything must be put into your own words – not copied from the notes or PowerPoint. No phone numbers are allowed in this project (phones did not exist during the Medieval period). Prices must be in gold coins or in Dinars (African Currency)
