Presentation Objectives • Provide background and context to explain how DeKalb County initially funded the MAPP process. • Describe how the MAPP process helped the county attract new funding.
MAPP Phase One(Organize for Success) • Determine the necessity of undertaking the MAPP process. • Identify and organize participants. • Design the planning process. • Assess resource needs and secure commitment. • Conduct a readiness assessment. • Manage the process.

MAPP Implementation Structure Steering Council (SC) Facilitated by two volunteer Co-Chairs Membership: 25-30 Community Members Staff Support provided by MAPP Partners CTSACHSALPHSA FOCA Each Facilitated by two Co-Leaders (1 from Steering Council) Additional Participants: community volunteers Staff Support provided by MAPP Partners
