Authorized to Inquire Form Reminders (ATI) • An ATI applies only to the CLIBA Travel Card at the individual cardholder level • ATI is an individual authorized by the cardholder to request the following information from Citibank: • Cardholder account information • Request copy of a statement be mail or faxed • Ability to place a charge in dispute • Any information requested to be mailed will be sent to the cardholder’s billing address • Per the Travel Card FMOG • ATI must be a UTSA employee
Authorized to Inquire Form (ATI) • ATI authorization today: • Effective immediately – Citibank’s form must be completed in order to authorize an ATI • Citibank’s ATI authorization form can be found on the Financial Affairs forms website • http://www.utsa.edu/financialaffairs/Forms/ • Controller’s Office is working with Citibank to add names to cardholder accounts • Citibank granted an exception to their normal process, due to their miscommunication during implementation • Approximately 297 ATIs have been identified • Citibank anticipates to complete the process within 10 business days
