Summary of Subway Opening • Subway successfully opened in the Health & Sciences Building in the Fall of 2012 • Handed out free sandwiches at the building grand opening • Has enhanced food services offerings to our campus • Is high in demand. Wait during peak times can be around 20 minutes. • Has exceeded our revenue expectations.

Antelope Valley College’s Portion • 3% earnings based off of gross sales. • Average was estimated at $10K per week or $300 for AVC’s portion. • Actual average through 2012 was $13,540. • We estimated $5,100 for the Fall 2012 semester. • Antelope Valley College’s actual portion for the Fall 2012 semester was $6,906. • That’s a 35% increase above the projections!
