  6. What purpose does this artifact serve? Well…………………. • It could have been tribal or used to deliver a certain message. • WHERE WAS IT FOUND? • It was found in Mesopotamia years ago

  7. Why is this artifact innovative or remarkable? • This is innovative or remarkable because it’s something that was made years ago that didn’t get destroyed (remained) and it gives you ideas based on what happened in the past.

  8. How does it uniquely reflect the ancient culture of this civilization?

  9. Does it represent some kind of change in the civilization? • Yes, because it shows a change in civilization were people started developing a writing system
