  3. Personal Qualities • Sunny, bubbly personality. • Brave risked life on Challenger.

  4. Motivation • Always dreamt about space travel. • Husband suggested it.

  5. Hardships • As a little girl was in hospital a lot. • As child had motion sickness. • Died in the explosion of the Challenger.

  6. Accomplishments • She was a great teacher of children.

  7. InterestingInformation • Oldest of five children. • Challenger exploded in 73 seconds. • When she was 4 she was a model in a fashion show.
