  6. Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord • Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord • Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord • And He left him high and dry

Noah found grace • Oh the Lord looked down from his window in the sky - said "I created people, but I can't remember why! • Nothing but fighting since creation day.- I'll send a little water and wash them all away." • Oh, the Lord came down and looked around a spell. There was Mr Noah behaving mighty well. • And that is the reason the Scriptures record Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord

The Lord said: "Noah, there's going to be a flood.there's going to be some water, there's going to be some mud. • So, take off your hat, Noah, take off your coat,get Shem, Ham & Japtheth & build yourself a boat." • Noah said: "Lord, I don't believe I could"- the Lord said: "Noah, get yourself some wood. • you never know what you can do till you try. build it fifty cubits wide and thirty cubits high"

Noah said: "There she is, there she is, Lord!"- The Lord said: "Noah, it's time to get aboard. • Take of each creature a he and a she,- and of course take Mrs Noah and the whole family." • Noah said: "Lord, it's getting mighty dark."- the Lord said: "Noah, get those creatures in the ark" • Noah said: "Lord, it's beginning to pour"- The Lord said: "Noah, hurry up - I'll close the door."

What problem is facing me? • Slavery; Hungry/thirty; Sick; Storm; BlindWhat should I do? • Cry out to the LORD in my trouble, • What will God do? • He will save me from my distress. • How will God do this? • … • What next? • I will Give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men, • Why? • Because he has been faithful to me

John 9 • 1As he went along, [Jesus] saw a man blind from birth. • 2His disciples asked him, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?" • 3"Neither this man nor his parents sinned," said Jesus, "but this happened so that the work of God might be displayed in his life. • 4As long as it is day, we must do the work of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no-one can work. • 5While I am in the world, I am the light of the world." • 6Having said this, he spat on the ground, made some mud with the saliva, and put it on the man's eyes. • 7"Go," he told him, "wash in the Pool of Siloam" (this word means Sent). So the man went and washed, and came home seeing. BLAME – looking backward GRACE – looking forwards
